Cancellation Policy – Online Sanik Canteen

Effective Date: 1 January 2026

At Online Sanik Canteen, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders and services can be cancelled through our app.

By placing an order, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.


1. Order Cancellation by User

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Once an order is dispatched or out for delivery, cancellation is not allowed.

  • Cancellation availability depends on store preparation status and delivery assignment.


2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order:

  1. Open the Online Sanik Canteen app

  2. Go to My Orders

  3. Select the order you want to cancel

  4. Tap Cancel Order and confirm

3. Cancellation of Services & Rentals

  • Service and rental bookings can be cancelled before confirmation by the service provider.

  • Once a rental or service has started or been delivered, cancellation is not permitted.

  • Late cancellations may attract cancellation charges as per provider policy.


4. Cancellation by Online Sanik Canteen

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Product or service unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Store closure or operational issues

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.


5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

  • Bank or wallet processing time may vary


6. Failed Delivery

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or user unavailability, the order may be cancelled without refund.

  • Re-delivery may be attempted at the discretion of the store or delivery partner.


7. Policy Updates

Online Sanik Canteen reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time.
Changes will be effective once updated in the app.
