By placing an order, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
Item delivered is damaged, spoiled, or expired
Incorrect item delivered
Missing items in the order
Order cancelled before dispatch
Order not delivered due to service issues
Refund eligibility is subject to verification.
Refunds are not applicable for:
Items returned due to customer preference change
Perishable items once accepted (unless damaged or incorrect)
Orders cancelled after dispatch or delivery attempt
Services or rentals already used or completed
To request a refund:
Open the Online Sanik Canteen app
Go to Orders > Order Details
Select the item and choose Request Refund
Submit the reason with photos (if applicable)
