Refund Policy – Online Sanik Canteen

Effective Date: 1 January 2026

At Online Sanik Canteen, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed for orders placed through our app.

By placing an order, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Item delivered is damaged, spoiled, or expired

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Missing items in the order

  • Order cancelled before dispatch

  • Order not delivered due to service issues

Refund eligibility is subject to verification.


2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Items returned due to customer preference change

  • Perishable items once accepted (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch or delivery attempt

  • Services or rentals already used or completed


3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Open the Online Sanik Canteen app

  2. Go to Orders > Order Details

  3. Select the item and choose Request Refund

  4. Submit the reason with photos (if applicable)
