  • We deliver to locations nearby your area, as detected by the app’s smart location system.

  • Delivery availability may vary based on store location, stock, and serviceability.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 hours of confirmation, depending on product availability and store preparation time.

  • Orders placed during peak hours or outside store working hours may experience delays.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery time depends on:

    • Distance from store to your location

    • Product availability and preparation time

    • Traffic, weather, or unforeseen delays

  • Estimated delivery time is displayed in the app before order confirmation.


4. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.

  • Some orders may qualify for free delivery based on promotions or order amount.


5. Order Tracking

  • You can track your order status in real time via the Online Sanik Canteen app.

  • Updates include: Order Received → Processed → Out for Delivery → Delivered.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery to the address provided.

  • If delivery fails due to:

    • Incorrect address

    • User unavailability

    • Other reasons beyond our control
      The order may be returned to the store, and refund or re-delivery policies will apply as per our Refund/Cancellation Policy.


7. Handling & Safety

  • All deliveries are handled with care to maintain product quality, especially perishable items like fruits, vegetables, dairy, and non-veg items.

  • Users are advised to inspect delivered items and report damaged or missing products immediately.


8. Shipping for Rental Services

  • For rentals, delivery or pickup will be arranged according to the provider’s schedule.

  • Users are responsible for timely receipt and return of rented items.
