3. Orders & Services

  • Product availability, pricing, and delivery times may vary based on location and store availability.

  • Orders once placed cannot be modified and may only be cancelled as per our Refund Policy.

  • Online Sanik Canteen reserves the right to cancel orders due to unavailability, pricing errors, or operational issues.


4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices listed in the app are determined by individual stores and service providers.

  • Payments can be made through available digital payment methods or cash (where applicable).

  • Online Sanik Canteen is not responsible for pricing changes made by vendors.


5. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or store delays.

  • You must ensure availability at the delivery location.

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability may result in order cancellation without refund.


6. Rental Services

  • Rental bookings are subject to availability and provider approval.

  • Users are responsible for proper usage and timely return of rented items.

  • Damages, losses, or delays may result in additional charges.


7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy.

  • Not all orders are eligible for refunds.

  • Refund timelines depend on payment method and bank processing.


8. Location Services

  • The app uses location data to show nearby stores and enable faster deliveries.

  • You may disable location access, but some features may not function properly.

  • We are not liable for product quality, vendor delays, or indirect damages.

  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
